Report on criminal advocacy

ICPR was commissioned by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and Bar Standards Board to undertake a study of judicial perceptions of the quality of criminal advocacy.

The findings of the research, which entailed interviews with 50 circuit and High Court judges, have been published by the two regulatory bodies.
